It was my mum's dream that she buy Dylan his first pair of shoes so it was with mixed emotions that Joe and I took him yesterday to Clark's. The wee man was beyond excited and stopped jumping up and down long enough to get his feet measured (he is a 3 and a half F!) and his photograph taken. We picked a gorgeous pair of blue shoes and he proudly wore them out of the shop. Mum was awake and alert when we visited in the afternoon. Dylan climbed over her to give her a cuddle and she was overjoyed to see his new shoes. The shoes will go into his Granny Memory Box that I am collating for him so that he knows just how special they are.
